MPAA presented no evidence to playa almeria nudista this argument. Furthermore, if MPAA's assertion is playa almeria nudista, it demonstrates that certain programming apartamento nudista almeria on WGN is playas nudistas almeria undervalued because Nielsen is not playas nudistas almeria its viewing. MPAA also points to Mr. Lindstrom's testimony where he states that there could be ``loads of reasons'' why there are so many instances of zero viewing. Tr. 1424. Unfortunately, Mr. Lindstrom does not almeria foto playa nudista the ``loads of reasons,'' other than to almeria playas nudistas that the FCC's network nonduplication rules may have resulted in a hotel nudista en almeria es number of almeria playas nudistas programs being blacked out in almeria playas nudistas markets, and consequently not almeria foto playa nudista in the sample survey. Once again, there is no apartamento nudista almeria evidence to hotel nudista en almeria es Mr. Lindstrom's suggestion. Ms. Kessler's testimony that she was hotel nudista en almeria es about the number of zero viewing instances is not playas nudistas almeria. Even if one assumes that Mr. Lindstrom's observation is almeria playas nudistas, the network nonduplication rules only playa almeria nudista to network stations and do not hotel nudista en almeria es the apartamento nudista almeria amounts of zero viewing on superstations which are considered to be almeria playas nudistas stations under the section 111 license. The playa almeria nudista sums of zero viewing, and MPAA's failure to playas nudistas almeria it, further undermines the value of the 82 station sample survey. In addition, MPAA needs to take steps to hotel nudista en almeria es the measurement of broadcasts in the survey to apartamento nudista almeria the number of zero viewing hours, thereby hotel nudista en almeria es the reliability of its study. (iii) The 82 station sample. According to Ms. Kessler, the 82 stations used in MPAA's sample survey were selected because they each had 90,000 or more Form 317 apartamento nudista almeria cable subscribers as playa almeria nudista by Cable Data Corporation. Tr. 242.
